Jamie is wonderful, she did great job getting rid of the spider webs around my house and treating for the ants that... were invading my lanai. She gave me pointers to help keep the ants at bay, like making sure the mulch wasn’t right up next to the screening etc. She also pointed out a few other things that I can do around the house to prevent issues in the future! Very helpful and friendly! Great service and definitely recommend!read more

This is my first service, but so far they seem highly professional and 100% focused on client satisfaction. The woman... who serviced my home spent well over an hour. She did the normal spraying that you would expect from any pest control service and she sprayed and wiped down my entire pool cage to rid it of spiders and webs. She also treated the home interior including the garage interior. As a bonus, she was a military veteran.
If you want the cheapest provider then this might not be the right answer for you ... but if you prefer a white glove provider then give them a try.read more

I cannot live without bug control!!!!!! When we moved into our home there was a massive ant problem. After just two... services the ants were completely gone! Being big on receiving good customer service, I was searching for a pest control solution that would fit this criteria,... along with offering us thorough and quality service. I originally called Truly Nolen, but they had me on hold for 10 minutes just to talk to someone. Seeing that I was just going to be another number to them I called Infinite Pest Solutions afterward to schedule someone to come and survey our situation. Someone answered the phone immediately and believe it or not, Mark (our technician) was at our house within the hour. After agreeing on service, did our first ant treatment before he left.
Mark was EXTREMELY courteous and professional and very thorough in his explanation of what types of ants we had and the plan of action to get rid of them. I was truly blown away at how nice he was and the quality of service received. It was to the point where it took me by surprise because you almost NEVER get service like that anymore, especially here in Southwest Florida.
I will update after a few weeks to tell you whether our ant problem has been solved, but if the initial contact is any indication...these guys are the ones to use for pest control in Naples. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!read more

Mr. Louk was very professional and quite diligent. He was precise making sure to get under porch overhang, under... eaves, dusting cobwebs and other insect nests. Showed up on time and got his work done promptly. They always leave a simple courtesy sign to advise they performed service which is great. So far with roughly one year of service, good company with reasonable prices. I do recommend and will likely carry over when we move.read more
